What's the process like?
To set our collaboration up for success, I aim for both transparency and a well-defined process that I can share with you. This allows you, my client, to know what​'s going on at all times.

We meet!

Before committing to any agreements or payments, we schedule a brief 30-minute call to go over the project, deliverables, timelines, and budget. Typically, all these details are verbally confirmed during this call.

Read over & sign
​
Following our discussion, I'll forward a project proposal outlining the agreed-upon deliverables and quote for your review and approval. Once you sign, I'll share the contract, a brief template and a 50% deposit invoice. We can only move forward once the contract is signed and the payment is complete.

Time to design

Upon receipt of the signed contract, the 50% deposit, and the completed brief, I start my process.

I present
​
Once 2-3 weeks have passed and I'm prepared to present my work, we will set up another call. During this presentation, I'll guide you through every stage of my design process, explaining the rationale behind each decision, leading to the final design.

You say "Yay!" or "Nay!"
​
If you require any revisions, I will update the project and present over email.
06
Sign-off!
​
Upon your approval of the design, I'll issue the final invoice. Once the payment is received, I'll provide you with all files and exports organized meticulously in a folder system for immediate use. I like to check in with clients a couple of months after our collaboration, so keep an eye out for my follow-up!
